RAKSHA BANDHAN It is festival of paying gratitude to the people or things which protect us in one way or another. Like our parents protect us from the world, our brother protects us as if we are made up of glass. But the thing which protect us the most are TREES which protect us from the harmful gases and give us oxygen which are a kind of ' amrit*' for us living beings.
